How can I book an appointment?
Appointments are arranged exclusively in writing via WhatsApp. This way we can record all your wishes and details and plan your appointment perfectly.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. For a binding reservation we charge a deposit of €100 per person and appointment. Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Do you offer home visits?
We generally do not offer home visits. For brides we offer hotel visits. All other appointments take place exclusively in our studio.
Which districts of Vienna do you serve?
Our studio is located in 1110 Vienna (Simmering) and is easy to reach from all 23 districts of Vienna as well as from Lower Austria – by public transport and by car. Our clients come from all over Vienna, from the Inner City via Favoriten and Ottakring to Donaustadt. For brides we also offer hotel visits throughout Vienna.
How long does an appointment take?
Depending on the booked service, an appointment usually takes between 1 and 2 hours.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Above all: good mood, anticipation and trust. We will take care of the rest. If you have inspirations or reference pictures, feel free to bring them along.
What are the cancellation conditions?
If you cancel within one month before the appointment, the deposit will not be refunded, as we reserve your appointment exclusively for you.
