This website is a statically generated website without cookies, without tracking tools and without contact forms. No analysis or marketing services are integrated. Registration is not possible.
3. Server log files (hosting)
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type, operating system) in server log files. This processing takes place to ensure trouble-free operation and to improve security (legal basis: legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). The log files are automatically deleted after a short time.
4. Booking appointments via WhatsApp
Appointments are booked exclusively in writing via WhatsApp. If you contact us via WhatsApp, we process the data you provide (name, phone number, message content, preferred dates and inspiration pictures if applicable) for arranging, preparing and carrying out your appointment (legal basis: contract initiation or performance pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
The service provider is WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. When using WhatsApp, data (including your phone number and metadata) is transferred to WhatsApp and possibly to servers in third countries (USA). For details, please refer to the WhatsApp privacy policy. If you do not wish to use WhatsApp, please contact us by email or phone.
5. Contact by phone or email
When you contact us by phone or email, we process your details (name, contact details, request) to handle your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). We do not pass on this data without your consent.
6. Deposit & appointment data
As part of the binding appointment reservation (deposit of €100 per person and appointment), we process the data necessary for processing (name, appointment, service, payment reference) for the performance of the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and retain it within the framework of statutory retention obligations (§ 132 BAO: 7 years).
7. External links (Instagram, Google Maps)
This website contains pure links to Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.). No content from these services is automatically embedded; only when you click a link do you leave our website. From that point on, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply.
7a. Google Maps (two-click integration)
On the contact page, we offer a map view from Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The map is only loaded after you explicitly click "Load map". Before this click, no data whatsoever is transferred to Google. When the map is loaded, Google receives your IP address and possibly further usage data (legal basis: your consent, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). 7b. Appointment request form
The appointment request form on the contact page does not store or transmit any data to us or to third parties. It merely pre-formulates a WhatsApp message locally in your browser, which you can then send yourself via WhatsApp (see point 4).
