Terms & cancellation policy

1. Booking appointments
Appointments are booked exclusively in writing via WhatsApp. This allows us to capture every wish and detail and plan your appointment perfectly. An appointment request does not yet constitute a binding contract.
2. Deposit & confirmation
To confirm your reservation, we charge a deposit of €100 per person and appointment. Your appointment is only considered confirmed once the deposit has been received.
3. Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation within one month before the appointment, the deposit will not be refunded. We kindly ask for your understanding, as we reserve your appointment exclusively for you and cannot allocate replacement appointments during this period.
4. Duration & procedure
Depending on the booked service, an appointment usually takes between 1 and 2 hours. Please arrive on time. In case of delay, the available time may be shortened accordingly.
5. Location & hotel visits
We generally do not offer home visits. For brides, however, we offer hotel visits. All other appointments take place exclusively at our studio at Fuchsröhrenstraße 29-31, TOP 1A, 1110 Vienna.
6. Surcharges
Public holidays & Sundays: €60 surcharge
Early start before 7:00 am: €60 surcharge
7. Prices & additional services
All prices are in euros and include the services stated on the website. Accessories, fabrics for hijab styling & extensions are available for an additional charge.
8. What to bring to your appointment
Above all, a good mood, anticipation and trust. We take care of the rest. If you have inspirations or reference pictures, you are of course welcome to bring them.
9. Applicable law
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, insofar as legally permissible.
