How can I book an appointment?
Appointments are arranged exclusively in writing via WhatsApp. This way we can record all your wishes and details and plan your appointment perfectly.
How long does an appointment take?
Depending on the booked service, an appointment usually takes between 1 and 2 hours.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Above all: good mood, anticipation and trust. We will take care of the rest. If you have inspirations or reference pictures, feel free to bring them along.
What are the cancellation conditions?
If you cancel within one month before the appointment, the deposit will not be refunded, as we reserve your appointment exclusively for you.

Pay the deposit
For a binding reservation we charge a deposit of €100 per person and appointment. Your appointment is confirmed once it has been received.

Appointment in the studio or hotel
Your appointment takes place in our studio in 1110 Vienna. For brides we offer hotel visits.
